Privacy Policy

When you send us a catering inquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, event type, event date and location, estimated guest count, service style, menus of interest, budget preferences, dietary requests and any message you write to us.

If you email or call us directly, we collect the contact details and event information you share in that conversation.

Please do not send payment card numbers, medical records or similarly sensitive information through the form or by email. The dietary field is for catering preferences and allergy notes for your event — not patient or medical records.

We use the information you share to:

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare a customized catering proposal
• Plan, coordinate and cater your event if you book with us
• Keep a record of our correspondence so we can pick up where we left off

Submitting the form is not marketing consent: we will not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.

This website is hosted by Lovable, and inquiry submissions are stored in our Lovable Cloud database. Access to inquiry records is restricted to our team; the database does not allow public or anonymous access to submissions. Our hosting provider processes the standard technical data needed to serve the site (such as your IP address and browser type) as part of delivering pages to you.

We correspond about inquiries by email and phone. If you write to us, we use your email address to reply to you.

We do not share catering-inquiry records with outside businesses for their own use, and we do not routinely export them. Authorized members of the Endless Cuisine team may retrieve or export records from the database for internal administration of inquiries and booked events. That is separate from the service providers named on this page: website and database hosting, and our email provider, each process the information necessary to run those services for us.

Team members who create a staff scheduling account give us their name, email address and, optionally, a phone number. We store that account information and the shifts each team member signs up for in the same Lovable Cloud database, with access limited to the account holder and authorized Endless Cuisine admins. Sign-in is handled by the database's authentication service; we never see or store passwords.

We use this information to schedule events and to send shift-related messages, such as signup confirmations, changes and cancellations, to the team member and to Endless Cuisine. Adding a shift to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook is optional and happens only when a team member chooses it; the calendar provider then handles that copy under its own policies.

Our reviews section is provided by Elfsight and displays our Google reviews. When you view that section, your browser connects to Elfsight and Google servers, and those companies may receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type. Their use of that information is governed by their own policies: Elfsight's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

We have not installed our own analytics or advertising tools on this site. Our hosting platform and the embedded services above may still process standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) as part of serving the site and their content.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share, including restricting database access to authorized team members and transmitting form submissions over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to review, correct or delete the information you have sent us by contacting us at info@endlesscuisine.co or 954-235-6394. We will honor reasonable requests, subject to records we need to keep for legitimate business or legal requirements (for example, records related to an event we catered for you).
